Chocolate Mousse Parfait
During a fruit finding mission into Chinatown, I bought some strawberries and blackberries. I had some chocolate in the pantry and heavy cream so decided to make a “chocolate mousse”. I don’t think this would actually be considered a proper mousse as there was no egg or gelatin but it looked like chocolate mousse so I figure that’s close enough.
