Walking tour of Washington DC
Excluding Vegas, most of the US cities that I’ve had the pleasure to visit required a car to get around. Unfortunately, as a born and raised New Yorker, I don’t drive very often and probably don’t drive very well. As a result, I appreciated and felt right at home with Washington DC’s Metro and the ability to walk just about everywhere. Below are some photos I took while walking between museums and train stations.
- United States Navy Memorial
- Federal Trade Commission Building
- US Environmental Protection Agency
- The National Mall & Smithsonian
- Cherry Blossoms
- Tidal Basin Boat House Cherry Blossoms
- Tidal Basin
