Episcopal Relief & Development
Problem
Episcopal Relief & Development is an international relief and development agency of the Episcopal Church. The organization works with Church partners and other local organizations in close to 40 countries. They rebuild after disasters and empower people to create lasting solutions that fight poverty, hunger and disease.
I was the contract Digital Marketing Associate from January 2016 to June 2016. The primary focus of the position was the production of content marketing to promote the organization and engage followers via digital properties and social media.
Solution
The Digital Marketing Associate position sat within the Marketing & Communications team and collaborated with multiple departments. I assisted with the publication of blog posts, email newsletters, social media posts, and updates of communications assets.
Delivered
Blog posts were written by other individuals within the organization but I gathered the assets, selected / sourced images and graphics, crafted titles, and created layouts in the email and content management systems. I also completed special projects aimed at supporting the wider use of digital and social media resources.
