Food Photography Workshop

Over the past year I’ve attended several photography group outings and recently started attending workshops. Thus far my photography projects have relied on the use of available light rather than studio lighting. My first photography workshop was organized by a Meetup group and held at Culturefix in Lower Manhattan. The workshop focused on lighting tips and techniques for working with food. Attendees were separated into two groups of about eight and took turns using hot lights and strobes on five plated dishes.
